Fox Valley Leadership Development

Dear Pastors, Ministry Leaders and Business Owners,

Now that the New Year is upon us, many of us are putting into practice new strategies to allow God to move in the leadership areas of our ministries and businesses. God has given each of us an area of influence; whether in the business or the church world. Regardless of how large that area of impact is, we have been called by God to lead. Last November many of us gathered together to take some of the highlights from Dr. Henry Cloud’s and Patrick Lencioni ‘s talks from the 2011 Leadership Summit. We all left feeling it was a very productive time and gave us insight into each other’s leadership qualities and strengths; something we should do again.

We would like to continue the momentum of leadership development in the Fox Valley. Therefore,Pathways Church would like to invite you to the second Free Leadership Breakfast where we will unpack the leadership principles of some of the highlighted speakers of past Global Leadership Summits.  We encourage you to bring your teams; such as coworkers, board members, and staff. There will be a time set up specifically for the purpose of unpacking and applying the principles covered during each segment. We will be set up in a roundtable format to give you time to do teambuilding and to share ideas with those around you.

Mark your calendars for our Saturday morning event. We will begin at 9am and end promptly by11am on Saturday, February 18.  Below are other Breakfast dates and a few very important events leading up to the Leadership Summit. Please make sure to mark your calendars and join us for these events.
